Děrgel Patrik
He was born in Bohumín. He studied acting at the Janáček Conservatory in Ostrava and during his studies he performed at the Petr Bezruč Theatre in Ostrava and the Těšín Theatre. He then continued his studies at the DAMU in Prague and since the 2011/2012 season he has been engaged at the Švand Theatre in Smíchov. Currently, the audience can see him in a number of roles at this theatre, e.g. Cassiel (W. Wenders, P. Handke, R. Reitinger: HEAVEN OVER BERLIN), Štěpán (D. Gombár: CRASH AT POTOK), Clerval (M. Shelley: FRANKENSTEIN), Jan Kaplický (M. Szczygieł: GOTTLAND) and also in Anice Jenski's plays MLČ,JOBE, MLČ! At the same time, he is active in the Masopust Theatre Company, where he has appeared in the roles of Muley (P. Calderón: THE EXCELLENT PRINCE), The Commissioner (L. Lagronová: ĆUPAKABRA).
Film fans can see him in the films DONT STOP, THE REAL ROMANCE, MARTIN AND THE VENUS. Television viewers have the opportunity to see him in the TV series STREET on TV NOVA.
Patrik sings and plays guitar in the band EMA, his favourite thing is his dog, Lila the Czechoslovakian punk, but also hockey (which he also plays actively as a goalkeeper) and sirloin steak.
